Our Process
At Millgate Homes, we believe in transparency and providing highly-detailed bids for each project. Our bids are one-of-a-kind, include a visual layout of your basement, and we list all custom-choice item allowances and available options, with no hidden fees or gimmicks.
We handle all necessary building permits and can typically start your basement finish within 2-3 weeks of signing an agreement. Our average basement project takes 9-12 weeks to complete, and we take pride in sticking to our schedule.
